POOL:

1. The pool closes at sunset.

2. Glass, food, and smoking are 

   prohibited inside the pool gates.

MID-RISE APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND VILLAS:

1. Towels are not to be placed on A/C units, railings or vegetation outside of the unit.

2. Villa carports are to be kept neat and orderly.

3. Bicycles, chairs, fishing tackle, beach carts are not to be stored under 
   the stairwells, inside the first floor laundry rooms or attached to carport posts
   as it is a fire hazard. Bicycles may be stored next to Building C in the bike racks.

4. Please be respectful of the shared laundry rooms. Do not leave your wash in the

   machines for an extended period. Vista is not responsible for lost or discarded laundry.

5. All guests are to park in their assigned spots only.

6. Guest Parking is available for visitors.

 

TRASH AND RECYCLING:

1. Blue Recycling containers are designated for plastic, cans and bottles.

2. Red Recycling containers are designated for mixed paper and cardboard.

3. The Trash Dumpster rooms are part of the center elevator structure 
   of each Building (A, B and C), behind the double doors.
    

GRILLING:

1. After using of one of the association grills, the propane must be
   shut off, 

   the grill must be cleaned, and the cover placed back on.

PETS:

1. No Pets.

2. Only Service, Therapy, or Comfort Certified Animals 
   documentation provided prior to arrival are permitted.

​RENTAL PROCEDURE:

1. Please review Vista Hermosa’s Rules and Regulations that you have been provided.

2. Rental Application and Processing Fee must be submitted prior to arrival of renters.

3. Guests must check-in upon arrival to receive a parking pass.
